On your own or with a friend, avoid the busy times in commercial gyms by having your own place to train! All sessions are guaranteed to be private to allow you to take things at your own pace.

Training is guranteed to be the best with 10+ years of coaching experience and a BSc. (Hons) in Sports Strength and Conditioning and a MSc. in Sports and Exercise Psychology.

No session will be the same, and no there is no copy pasting sessions here. Every exercise selection, weights, reps and sets and programmed with you in mind.

The majority of my clients will do 1-2 sessions a week. 1 session a week is recommended to those who may play sport, partake in other activities (cycling, running etc.) and is looking to work on something they find difficult doing on their own. 2-3 sessions a week is recommended to those that are looking to replace their entire training regiment. 2-3 good quality days is more than enough to obtain most goals. .


 The joy with PT at Galgeycoaching is that you can continue to go and go. There is no end date or "12 weeks" and we will call it good and then leave you without any further support. Some clients will come on board for 1-2 blocks, others are on board for the foreseeable future. The more time you give yourself the more progress you will see. We don't advertise or offer deals like other gyms/facilities because this is a lifestyle commitment that requires time and consistency. 


 PT is priced at 40 euro per hour long session, with an upfront payment for 10 sessions required (400 euro). All payments made are non-refundable.  We prefer if you pay by card.
